How to place a work order?
If you never had the phone app – Active Building
- Call our office to request an email invitation.
- Then proceed to your email for further instructions.
If you have it, but it’s not working on your phone
- Re-install application – ACTIVE BUILDING.
- Click on FORGOT PASSWORD.
- Make sure the email you are using is the one you gave us initially.
- Check your email to reset password.
- Proceed to login and place work orders.
If you have the App on your phone
- Launch the application.
- Click top corner left (3 bars) and choose SERVICE REQUEST.
- Press green button that says SUBMIT A SERVICE REQUEST.
- Then answer the questions and press the green button to SUBMIT.
